  • To/from Europe, Africa, South America, or domestic flights:

• Personal Article:
  • Allowance: 1 per passenger.
  • Maximum Weight: 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

Note: In flights with high occupancy, it may be necessary to transfer some hand baggage to the aircraft's hold free of charge, even if the defined limits are met. In these situations, the baggage will be requested at the check-in or boarding gate and delivered to the baggage carousel upon arrival. If it is necessary to transfer hand baggage to the aircraft's hold, you must remove any valuable items it might contain (identification documents, credit cards, jewelry, money), electronic equipment (mobile phones, tablets, or laptops), or essential medication.

Note: For flights departing from Brazil, passengers in both Executive and Economy class may bring 2 pieces of luggage, each up to 32 kg (70.5 lbs)

Special Baggage

• Special Cabin Baggage:
  • Allowance: Fragile, oversized, and valuable items must be carried in the cabin but are not considered free hand baggage.
  • Maximum Weight: 30 kg (66.13 lbs)
  • Maximum Dimensions:
    • 155 x 42 x 25 cm (61 x 17 x 10 in) if placed on the cabin floor
