Spirit Airlines Adds Exciting New Routes, Perfect for Spring Break Travel

Spirit Airlines has announced exciting additions to its flight network for 2025, including new routes and seasonal spring break destinations. The U.S.-based carrier currently operates over 600 routes, connecting America to more than 20 international destinations.

The airline shared with Newsweek its plans to introduce four new year-round routes starting in March 2025. These include:

  • Nashville International Airport to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
  • Baltimore/Washington International Airport to Punta Cana International Airport in the Dominican Republic.
  • San Antonio International Airport to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in Puerto Rico.
  • Myrtle Beach International Airport to Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.

In addition to these permanent routes, Spirit Airlines has unveiled a series of limited-time spring break flights. These seasonal routes will operate between March and April 2025, with varying schedules, including multiple weekly services. Some key seasonal flights are:

  • Nashville to Pensacola, four times weekly (March 6–18).
  • Detroit to Pensacola, four times weekly (March 20–April 8).
  • Cleveland to Orlando, daily with two Saturday flights (March 19–April 8).
  • Milwaukee to Tampa, four times weekly (March 19–April 7).
  • Charlotte to Dallas Fort Worth, daily (March 5–18).

The airline will also resume several routes in 2025, reinforcing its dedication to connecting key destinations. Resumed flights include Atlanta to Chicago O'Hare, Boston Logan to Luis Muñoz Marín in Puerto Rico, Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles and Managua, Nicaragua, and Louisville to Tampa.

Spirit Airlines, known for its affordability and extensive network, continues to expand and adapt. The new routes and seasonal flights highlight its commitment to meeting peak travel demand while providing cost-effective and convenient options for travelers.
