Flight Change Rules

Airlines ticket changes must be made before the scheduled departure, and a fare difference may apply.
Changes are not allowed on Blue Basic fares. Other fares can be changed with no fee.

Same-Day Flight Changes

Confirmed same-day flight changes can be made for $75 (except Blue Basic) if seats are available.
Same-day changes are not allowed for Blue Basic fares. However, Mosaic members may switch on all fares at no extra charge, starting 24 hours before departure.

Same-Day Standby

Standby for earlier flights is available for $75, subject to seat availability.
Blue Basic fares are not eligible for standby, except for Mosaic members

Name corrections are allowed if JetBlue is the validating carrier and JetBlue operates all flights.
Only one reissue per reservation is allowed for name corrections; additional corrections are treated as name changes, subject to fees.
Minor name corrections to match government-issued IDS/passports are allowed./li>

Changes to DOB and gender are not permitted.
Changes to flights, fare classes, or fare basis codes are not permitted, including any JetBlue date change requests.

Name Changes

Complete name changes are not permitted. To proceed, you must cancel the current segment, create a new PNR, and complete a voluntary exchange or reissue.
